JOB DESCRIPTION

Private golf club, located in Chester County, is looking for full-time/part-time server(s) & bartender(s) for our private restaurants, banquet catering and club food outlets. Looking for energetic and passionate individuals to carry on our standard of excellence and look to develop their skill set through company growth. This individual must have developed knowledge of hospitality operations and will work directly under Food & Beverage management. We, as a club, value loyalty, hard work, & professionalism and embrace the concept of promoting from within to create long-term relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Required to provide an excellent level of customer service while maintaining a professional & friendly relationship with our private membership & their guests.

• Required to possess knowledge of all food & beverage items (i.e. cuisine, liquor/wine/beer, etc.) as well as exceptional service standards.

• Responsible for completing daily opening, closing, & mid-day operating tasks

• Responsible for getting to know (personally) and the interests/preferences of our membership

COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience plus tips.
