The role
Reporting to the Intake and Planning Coordinator, this is a newly created position whose purpose is to support in a positive client experience and deliver encouraging business outcomes. This role will see you responsible for
- Providing high level customer service, liaising with Carer's
- Liaising with stakeholders and driving internal communication
- Providing up to date and accurate information to support staff
- Distributing information and managing documentation relating to care packages
- Providing information on intake processes, assessment and planning of support
- Managing referrals
- Schedule assessment appointments
- Providing confirmation of services
- End to end support and management of financial packages
- Data entry
- Ad hoc administration tasks to support a positive experience
The successful candidate will have
- Previous experience in a call centre environment and/or high-volume customer service
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite – essential)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Approach all situations using sensitivity and a welcoming & inclusive attitude
- Qualifications and Essential Requirements - National Police Check (within last 12 months), Working with Children’s Check, Right to work within Australia and NDIS Code of Conduct
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Busy and varied role where no two days are the same
- 4-month temporary assignment with potential for extension
- Full time 9am to 5pm
