As they are focused on outcomes & relationships over just numbers, they go toe to toe with some of the larger players as their area of expertise lies with GS and iso compliance audits.
The Role:
This role is suited to somebody that only wants to be in a Service Desk role for a certain amount of time before going down the System Admin or Azure Engineering path.
Business-critical as you will look after their customers from the first point of contact working on traditional L1 and L2 issues. Technology that you will be supporting;
- Active Directory
- Exchange / o365
- Windows Server 2016 – 2019
- VMware/Hyper-V Experience
- Azure
- SharePoint
- Teams & Zoom
