Manage BPO relationship of t top key accounts assigned within the Retail, Consumer Goods , Travel & Hospitality , Manufacturing & Logistics portfolio

Manage the account plan in consultation with the client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and new strategic clients

Build a robust sales pipeline that always forecasts four – six quarters in the future.

Responsible for sales, business development, and customer relationship building

Achieve annual revenue and total contract value (booking) targets

Lead proactive proposals and RFP in line with account strategy

Partner with internal leaders for solution creation and execution

Work in a matrixed organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed

Collaborate with industry vertical teams, developing strong, long-term relationships with executives

Manage the end-to-end sales process
