Job the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated Site Support Coordinator to join our WA based Parts & Service team who will be responsible to coordinate the agreed contract services to deliver profitable project outcomes. As the first point of contact you will be required to maintain a high standard of equipment and inventory planning to meet customer requirements through managing site inventory and coordinating with both customer and Sandvik planners to deliver scheduled maintenance activities.
Work closely with the client mining equipment maintenance team to achieve a profitable outcome
Provide coaching and mentoring to the customers maintenance team when required
Co-ordinate Sandvik inventory, technical support requirements, repairs, and any additional field service support as needed
Co-ordinate site-based inventory management of OEM parts
Assist in the identification and processing of warranty claims & product feedback cases
This position is permanent full time working on an 8/6 FIFO roster based at one of our Customer WA sites.
About You
Your success will be favoured with a technical trade background, mining equipment planning, knowledge of inventory control processes, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to work autonomously and be confident in making decision.
Your understanding and experience within the mining industry, especially underground mining, will be beneficial.
