Summary:
The Skilled Laborer is responsible for preparing forms, casting concrete per fabrication drawings and reinforcing steel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge of safe working practices and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
  • Knowledge of how to perform complex and physically demanding tasks that require special expertise, critical thinking and technical skills,
  • Work flexible shifts depending on job requirements, which may include nights and weekends, and holidays,
  • Handle construction materials,
  • Focus on safety of self and co-workers at all times,
  • Work rotating shifts which may include nights and weekends,
  • May be exposed to vehicular traffic,
  • Comply with all FMCC policies, procedures and safety requirements, and
  • Handle related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Knowledge of safe working practices and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE),
  • 2-4 years of experience required,
  • Knowledge of how to perform complex and physically demanding tasks that require special expertise, critical thinking and technical skills,
  • Work flexible shifts depending on job requirements, which may include nights and weekends, and holidays,
  • Handle construction materials,
  • Focus on safety of self and co-workers at all times,
  • Work rotating shifts which may include nights and weekends,
  • May be exposed to vehicular traffic,
  • Comply with all FMCC policies, procedures and safety requirements, and
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, which includes all eligible booster shots, except when vaccination is not medically advised or violates your sincerely held religious beliefs in violation of EEO laws, and
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug & alcohol screening.
