To oversee all snow cats and responsible for planning, organizing, development, budget and direction for overall snow cat maintenance. Working as a team player and work with other mechanics, including training while maintaining a safe work environment.

The Grooming Mechanics main function is to keep snow cats in a well maintained, working condition during the winter and do service maintenance in the summer that includes going through every snow cat in detail while maintaining proper documentation of work that has been done or needs to be done. provide proper coding of all purchases.

Essential Job Functions

• Oversee Groomers from a maintenance point of view: Train, provide open communications, recommend performance reviews, resolve problems.
• Monitor all current budget activity and draft budget plans for future years.
• Maintain daily work summary and follow time clock procedures as outlined in the ‘Employee Handbook’.
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors and vendors.
• Willing to work day, night and grave yard shifts.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment.
• Hold open communication and relationships with managers in various departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with Snow Cat operators.
• Organize and execute fall/ off season maintenance.
• Delegate snow cat maintenance personnel on a day to day basis.
• Greet guests and provide superior guest service as needed when asked questions or out in the field.
• Inspect, test and maintain snow cats.
• Check daily inspections and logs daily for accuracy and work needed.
• Educate the grooming operators on the proper use of snow cats as needed.

• Must be 18 years of age.
