About the opportunity
Dayforce Education Systems Integrators (SIs)/Partner Training Senior Learning Consultants are responsible for certifying on and then delivering Dayforce training to SIs/partners and internal employees. SI Training Senior Learning Consultants deliver classes both virtually and in-person to APJ and global audiences. SI Training Senior Learning Consultants also assist with course development and other education-related activities as assigned. Dayforce Education SI Training Senior Learning Consultants operate in a dynamic environment with regular introductions of new product functionality; so, training and consulting skills as well as agility are a must.
What you'll get to do

• Learn and become an expert of Dayforce HCM functionality including security, reporting, HR, Payroll and other topics.
• Deliver Dayforce end-to-end training on-site at a SI/partner location, virtually or at a Dayforce training facility.
• Stay current on Dayforce product functionality.
• Effectively consult and collaborate with SI/partners and internal teams to prescribe and deliver training on needed topics.
• Work closely with SI/partners or internal team members to tailor or customize course content as needed.
• Demonstrate agility and excellent time and project management skills to achieve successful training outcomes.

Skills and experience we value

• Strong presentation and communication skills; previous training experience delivering both virtual and in-person training highly preferred.
• An understanding of clients’ business environments/needs and how to capture/relay information to consult with them regarding their training needs required.
• Desire and ability to quickly learn and communicate new concepts effectively.
• Ability to travel, up to 35%, as required, to SIs/partners and internal locations in APJ and globally.
• Experience using MS Office and web collaboration tools, including WebEx, Zoom and/or LMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Dayforce product line and/or experience working with HCM/T&A/Payroll or ERP applications. Previous experience using or implementing HCM solutions is highly desirable.
• Web Services development, XSLT, XML and SQL experience is a plus.
