Job Description
Nerd Power is seeking full time applicants to lead a team of Solar Installers. Their team will
install residential grid-tied PV systems and energy reduction systems in our California market.
Job Responsibilities
In this position, the Roof Solar Lead will manage a team of Solar Installers. They will provide
support to his installation team, communicate job status data to installations management and
ensure the completion of installation of all projects.

Job Requirements

• Assembly of solar modules laid out by Roof Lead
• Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
• Electric wiring of solar arrays and system (AC and DC)
• Clean-up of job site

• Attending mandatory training sessions
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Job Qualifications

• Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
• Must be able to lift 50-75lbs
• Ability to work in extreme environments
• Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your

feet for long periods of time

• Excellent customer service skills required
• Applicant must be legally authorized to work in the US
• Pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
