HIRING 3 EXPERIENCED OUTBOUND CALL CENTRE OPERATORS.

NEXA Solar is one of the fastest-growing solar retailers throughout the east coast of Australia. Since 2017, we have been providing premium-quality solar power solutions across QLD, NSW and Tasmania.

We pride ourselves on our renewable energy options, integrity, and valued customer service. We have experienced solid growth over the past 24-36 months and are now subsequently looking to further grow our team here in Brisbane.

We are currently searching ambitious Call Centre Lead Generators. This role will involve working as part of a highly functioning and collaborative team generating leads for residential solar sales consultants.

Responsibilities include:

• Solar appointment setting – no selling
• Outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for residential sales consultants
• Engage customers with confidence
• Redirecting qualified customer leads to the sales team
• Work to KPI's to achieve target.

About you:

• Experience in outbound phone calls
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong rapport and maintain relationships
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Proven track record with KPI's, targets
• A team player with ambition, enthusiasm, and energy
• Must be reliable, honest, professional and have a passion to succeed

Part-time hours: 30-37 per week

Salary: $27.00 – $32.00 per hour
