The exclusive, luxurious Spa at Lancemore Alamanda Hotel is currently seeking a talented Spa Therapist to join the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Your main responsibilities will be delivering massage, facials, body treatments and waxing
- Deliver the ultimate spa experience to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction
- Ensure impeccable levels levels of cleanliness and presentation of the Spa
- Maximise up-selling and retailing opportunities for every guest.
- You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for your clientele.
- Be an ambassador for the hotel.
- Participate in ongoing training with our premium product partners
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in a similar role
- Hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and pro-actively under pressure.
- Ability to organise time and work efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A genuine, happy and optimistic person with a 'can do' attitude.
- Are passionate about the Spa, health and well-being industry.
- The ability to work various shifts and weekends.
