Description:Organizes, plans and directs all purchasing/material activities including general purchasing, subcontract management, resources, financial controls and material management. Develops and controls policies, procedures, programs, systems and assure timely and economical procurement of all material, parts, assemblies, equipment and services as well as the timely planning, control and distribution of all materials, property and customer assets required to manufacture. Supports programs, projects, products, services and off-site operations in compliance with government regulations and contractual commitments.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

• Detailed understanding of the procurement process
• Working knowledge of SAP and P2P
• Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to travel if required
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance
