Tantus Technologies, Inc. (Tantus) - recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace - is seeking a Sr. Project Analyst. You will work closely with the team as you develop the skills to work independently with our client, providing project support and program expertise while working within a Scaled Agile framework.

In accordance with applicable law and Company policy, full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for this position, and proof of full vaccination status will be required on the first day of employment.

**100 % remote position.**

What You'll Do

• Identify and clearly articulate risks and issues, with recommended actions
• Identify product changes from Federal rules, program manuals, and subject matter experts
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence to track and prioritize identified product changes
• Become a subject matter expert for an assigned program
• Develop and manage project task plans, proactively working with client to ensure they are successful in project execution

Must Haves

• 3-5 years’ work experience, preferably in an IT environment
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the Agile Space as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or Business Analyst
• Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop productive working relationships with people with varying technical and business abilities, as well as experience working across integrated project teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding/ interest in the healthcare/IT fields

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) as well as Slack
• Microsoft Project
• Federal government contractor work experience
• Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
