The Role

Our store leaders enable the team for our customers to experience the difference of a Cotton On store.

• Lead and build a culture of development which inspires and engages the team, creates future leaders and high performance
• Advocate for the Cotton On Foundation, leading the team on how they can make life changing impact on our projects around the world
• Bring your commercial eye to the store, spot trade opportunities, and find solutions to improve the customer experience and store results
• Embed customer excellence whilst growing your business through clear direction and operational excellence
