Description: Coding Temple is looking for a creative and talented Student Relations Associate who thrives in a rapidly growing start-up environment. This talented individual will be responsible for overseeing the student onboarding, student support during the program and graduation processes. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, takes direction well, has high-level patience/empathy, and able to multitask above all else.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, excel and Adobe PDF

• Ability to learn new skills quickly with training

• Bonus: proficiency in Slack, Asana and Pipedrive

Responsibilities

· Supports Student Relations team in various tasks

· Create future live cohort google classrooms, slack channels, and orientations

· Schedule out guest speakers for Coding Temple programs

· Onboard live cohort students with pre-course information including access to productivity tools and pre-work instructor assistance.

· Manage live cohort student onboarding progress/needs until the start of cohort

· Communicate live cohort student onboarding updates to appropriate parties

· Manage attendance for live cohort orientations

· Monitor live cohort individual student progress

· Provide core check-ins with students during cohort

· Answer any program related questions for live cohort students

· Assist the team in managing student issues in a timely and civil manner by documenting the issue/feedback and resolution as well as communicating to appropriate parties.

· Onboard self-pace students with access to productivity tools and course module access

· Manage self-pace student course access including granting extensions when approved, granting access to additional products, removing access from expired users or drops and troubleshooting access issues

· Answer and Document any program related questions for self-pace students and Communicate student updates or issues to appropriate parties

Complete graduation task for cohort and self-pace student including: Removal/transfer productivity tools and issue graduation certificates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
