We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Representatives with excellent communication skills for a NSW Government Project in the Bankstown area! We are looking for candidates with experience in call/contact centre environments and that truly value their customers, making it their duty to provide the best service possible!

This role is currently based full time in the office in Bankstown.

Key Responsibilities:

• First line of inquiry for inbound customer queries, as well as transferring calls to the appropriate area.
• Record customer information on internal systems
• Effectively handle customer enquiries over the phone, and respond to web enquiries
• Work on a large Government account and provide high level quality service to their customer base
• Identify sales opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell a range of services
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks to support the business
• Offer genuine guidance and support to members of the community
• Make outbound calls to guide and support customers, helping them transition into their next step

You will need to:

• Experience in call/contact centre is essential
• Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
• Hold a current Working with Children Check or the ability to process this immediately (for paid work)
• Can commit to the required duration of the contract - full commitment to the role is required so candidates must be looking for a temporary role
• Must be able to start immediately
• Candidates must be able to pass a full background check
• Candidates must have experience in using multiple systems - our client uses 6 different systems so we are seeking tech-savvy candidates
