The Role:
We are looking for software professionals to join our expanding Consulting team in our Superannuation Division. The successful candidate will have experience across the SDLC and is likely to assist with the configuration, upgrades, enhancements, reporting and query development for our Acurity Registry.
Our clients are superannuation funds and administrators looking to deliver service excellence to their superannuation fund members. You and your team will work with clients and other experienced consultants to help clients get the most from their investment in our software enabling them to drive efficiency, reduce risk and deliver that service their members will love..
Superannuation or financial services experience, or working with clients in other sectors to deliver solutions, would also be beneficial.
What you will be doing:

Provide superannuation and technology subject matter expertise when required

Provide excellent service to our clients

Consult with internal and client stakeholders across the full software development and project lifecycle

Work closely with clients to identify areas of process improvement and best practice

Ensure that all client deliveries and interactions adhere to the highest quality standards

Requirements gathering

Solution / system design

System configuration
-
Integration specification
-
Quality assurance
-
Technical and user documentation
-
Acurity Architect scripting.
What you will need:

Experience developing customised reports or queries using SQL or other software query/report tools would be an advantage.

Experience implementing, configuring, enhancing or supporting software systems.

Experience with other software package implementations or enhancements, especially in the Superannuation domain.

Ability to work effectively within a team and with external and internal clients and stakeholders
-
This is a client facing role which requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-
Track record of successful delivery; meeting deadlines with accuracy and quality
