Operating within the local community for over 26 years, Michael's SUPA IGA Plus Liquor Korumburra are now looking to further strengthen their management team.

Working as the Store Manager, this role will see you:

• Effectively manage and lead a team which includes department managers

• Deliver the highest of customer service standards across the entire store

• Communicate with support offices, suppliers, customers and the team to get results

• Drive sales & encourage the team to deliver profitable results

• Meet all legislative requirements in regard to compliance/audit standards

• Be involved in local community and being the “face” of the company at a local level

• Recruit, train, develop and manage performance

• Recognise and celebrate successes at store level

To be considered for this management position, you must display:

• Previous experience managing a high-volume supermarket with a strong focus on Fresh Foods

• Proven experience in budgeted sales, gross profit and wage targets

• Problem solving skills and be creative in idea generation for the company

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Along with the above skills and experience, a current police check will be required for this role, with a Working with Children’s Check highly advantageous.
