This position is for a curious and eager candidate who will take an holistic approach to analysis and investigation. You will be required to communicate at all levels within the business ensuring all changes implemented are explained and understood.
As our Supply Chain Analyst, you will be reporting to the Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain Support Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understand business unit needs and requirements and work across our business groups to implement effective change
- Analyse data and information, identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
- Support our distribution centres ensuring data flows correctly through organisational systems
- Develop new business processes and workflows
- Ensure all tasks and projects are correctly documented, implemented on time, within the allowed budget and follow organisational policies and procedures
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain Analyst role
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism and treating all Motion employees with respect
- Computer literate, with advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL experience.
- Curiosity to look at problems to determine their cause and potential improvements
- A willingness to work as part of a team, and do whatever is required, to help achieve business targets.
