About the role:


As a Support Worker you will work with our clients including:


  • Provide support to the clients in developing and implementing future goal plans and support plans.
  • Assist individuals to maintain their health and wellbeing.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and clients.
  • Actively develop continuous quality improvements (in conjunction with Team Leaders)
  • Maintain an environment that empowers our service users and promotes positive behaviours and independence

About you:


Critical to your success in this role will be the proven ability to demonstrate:


  • Effective and professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience supporting people with psychosocial disabilities is desirable
  • Accurate and timely decision making skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment

In addition you will:

  • Currently hold relevant qualifications and experience
  • Maintain a current Australian drivers license
  • Current Blue/Yellow card (or NDIS Clearance)
  • Comply with the Disability Services Act 2006, screening requirements.
