St Louis on Sea is a premium provider of specialist care for people with early onset dementia in our deluxe home on the Esplanade at Victor Harbor.

We are passionate about helping the people we support to live their best life, maintaining independence and social connections, and maximising choice by providing person centred active supports within a NDIS environment.

Working under the support and guidance of our Dementia Care Specialist, you will develop genuine connection with clients and actively engage with them in all aspects of daily living including, personal care, domestic duties, meals, social activities and community participation.

We are growing and looking for the right people to join our amazing team. Essential to the role you will have:

• A demonstrated person centred approach to support people in their daily living
• Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours will be an advantage
• Reliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts
• Covid vaccinations with Booster
• Flu vaccination 2022
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
• National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
• Current SA driver's license
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or DCSI Disability Screening
• NDIS Worker Orientation Certificate
