Supply Chain makes life easier, safer and more sustainable across our network. Our team works with thousands of trusted businesses every day to bring together our suppliers, distribution centres and stores. By keeping those relationships strong and processes running smoothly, we're able to maintain the availability and quality of our products for our customers.
Our Eastern Creek DC team play a key role in the distribution of produce across our NSW network. Customer obsession is at the core of the operation and as part of this delivery we are looking for a new Systems Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

About the role

as Systems Manager you will work with stakeholders across, DC operations, national operations and IT to ensure consistency of operating system. You will also

• have a high-level overview of all IT hardware management systems to ensure they are functioning to the business level and needs
• ensure consistency of FC system configuration in line the national standards and expectations
• be the first point of contact for all system issues with the ability to diagnose and escalate where necessary to ensure effective running
• build effective relationships with key stakeholders across operations and IT to ensure issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner
• assist with project management functions that relate to planning and execution of systems

About you and your skills

we are looking for a strong communicator that has broad DC Management system knowledge who can effectively ascertain and resolve system issues

You will also need

• Manhattan System knowledge or a similar warehouse labour management system
• experience of working in a DC environment and knowledge of DC processes is essential
• ability to work with multiple stakeholders and effective relationship building skills
• problem solving and time management skills to ensure system issues dealt with quickly
• experience of working in a project management environment would be advantageous
