- Liaise with stakeholders across different areas of the business to identify hiring requirements
- Implement new strategies based on stakeholder needs while managing the end to end recruitment process
- Complete referencing and background checks for candidates as required
- Complete and conduct candidate interviews while managing all candidate communications
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of platforms and channels
- Maintain and manage relationships with existing agencies
- Work closely with the Human Resources Business Partners
- Previous experience within Recruitment or as a Talent Aquisition Co-ordinator
- Excellent communications and organisation skills
