The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position supports and assists multiple recruiters, talent acquisition managers, legal department and hiring leader requests as needed. You will process and manage all onboarding paperwork and activities, including drug and background screens, to ensure compliance and timely processing. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and follow established staffing processes consistently.

Outcomes and Activities:
  • Review, edit and approve offer letter requests from recruiters.
  • Deliver all offer letters and supporting offer documents to new hires and internal transfers via Workday and e-mail.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates during onboarding process by responding to and assisting with their questions or issues.
  • Act as a HireRight system subject matter expert and continue established relationships with account manager and support teams.
  • Maintain new hire orientation start lists and determine the correct onboarding process to follow.
  • Understand and clearly communicate a variety of start details with candidates, hiring managers, IT teams, Employee Engagement, and recruiters.
  • Partner with the internal IT Team to ensure new hires are scheduled and prepared with applicable equipment for their specific role.
  • Check Artiva for existing accounts for new hires. Send accounts to appropriate team for account maintenance.
  • Review background and drug screen report results with close attention to detail for flagged items or inconsistencies. Evaluate errors and present finding to TA Manager.
  • Consult with Legal to stay up to date on employment law and resolve any background uncertainties.
  • Maintain and make recommendations for improvements to the Background and Drug Screen Job Aid and Matrix.
  • Understand and administer The Adverse Action process with consistency and compliance.
  • Work directly with the business to process and onboard contractor and consultant start requests.
  • Submit travel requests for candidates as requested.
  • Process contractor rate sheet and verify with vendor that background check and drug screen are complete prior to start date.
  • Function as the subject matter expert for Workday applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in research, development, and planning of recruiting events (job fairs, meetings, etc.).
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities, processes, and deadlines appropriately.
  • Active listening skills and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Seek, retain and share knowledge to help team members resolve requests.
  • Active problem solver, with an ability to understand, interpret and act on information promptly and effectively.
  • Self-driven, motivated to help, and able to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Human Resources experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 2+ year’s professional experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition support role OR 3+ years’ experience in a high-volume administrative support role

Preferred:
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR Information System
  • Experience with HireRight or similar background vendor
Targeted Compensation: $49,203 - $65,604 + an annual bonus plan
