Don’t miss this awesome opportunity to join Olympus as our newest Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager ANZ and working within the HR team you will;
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers across the business
- Help determine critical capabilities
- Create staffing strategies
- Source and pre-screen candidates
- Facilitate debrief meetings
You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activity including; sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, talent pooling and offer negotiation with an expectation that your decisions will be made in alignment with our values. Combined with a focus on Our People Matter Most, you will adopt the ethos of treating the business as if it were your own. With this mindset, you will form recommendations to introduce and acquire top talent ensuring an outstanding experience for our candidates and team members alike.
What we are looking for:
- Will, drive, agility, motivation, confidence, and most importantly the ability to think clearly when you have multiple things on the go, all at once!
- Recruitment experience is essential
- Drive and passion to hire top talent for Olympus
- Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration skills that will allow you to partner and build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Passion and focus for both the candidate and hiring manager experience
