The Role :
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter/HR generalist to join our team on a part time basis 2-3 days per week to be part of our incredible growth story!

You will be the go to person for everything HR Admin and will play an integral part in our growth and success!
This role requires a motivated person who has tenacity and drive to deliver as the allied health recruitment market is very competitive but we have faith in your abilities and we will reward you for your success!
Our company can only continue to grow with the recruitment of talented therapists and we know you can help us make a difference! Besides recruitment you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the end to end administrative requirements including creating and maintaining employment contracts, onboarding for all new starters, along with managing and issuing change letters. You will also provide support in investigations and management of staff complaints and other HR related matters that arise from time to time.

Our Core Purpose is to make a difference to the life of our vulnerable community on a daily basis. Our team is comprised of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Exercise Physiologists who are highly experienced, empathetic, and caring.
We partner with NDIS coordinators and Home Care Package Providers to help people with a disability or elderly individuals live their best life.
The Location :
We have a passionate team all around Melbourne currently covering the South Eastern and Western suburbs and our aim is to keep recruiting superstar therapists to further our reach and be able to service most Melbourne suburbs so we can continue to make more of a difference!
Skills and Qualifications :
Like all our awesome team, you will be a driven and energetic professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You love to roll up your sleeves and make things happen. You show a lot of heart and have a “can do” attitude. You don't sit back and let things happen, you MAKE things happen and take initiative to identify ways to improve. You’re unquestionably an empathetic, caring and kind person!
You’ll also have:
- Experience in a fast-paced administrative position, with a preference for some of this time being in a HR role/team
- Ideally some experience in Health recruitment
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills and the ability to proactively identify and meet expectations in a timely manner
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to develop strong, professional relationships with all internal/external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail skills with a focus on ensuring accurate preparation of documentation
- The ability to be a team player and not take yourself too seriously. You’ll be joining a team that is super supportive and loves a good laugh!
- Tertiary qualification in HR related field
- Must be CARING and KIND
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - this is not negotiable
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Tech savvy
- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft word
