MAYDAY are excited to be searching for an experienced technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a well-known global construction company. You will recruit across technical roles in the construction space and can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

- Can pay up to $80p/hr + Super dependent on experience
- Temporayr role, initally until the end of January, with flexibility to work between the office & home
- Join a hardworking and fast paced team
- Recruiting for technical roles across the blue and white collar space (20 – 30 open roles)
- Running end to end process
- Liaise and build relationships with line managers of all levels
- Advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing & shortlisting candidates
- Driving recruitment strategies and processes
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Experience in recruitment, agency or internal
- Familiarity recruiting in the construction space on technical roles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and hardworking
- A decision maker that can communicate and collaborate well
