In this role, the Recruiter will primarily be full cycle recruiting for all front line employees (Sales Agents, Claims, Call Center, Customer Care, etc.) for Embrace, while reporting to the TA Manager sitting at NSM (parent company). You'll have great opportunities to partner with Embrace managers and Leadership! (This is a hybrid position, 2-3 days in-office)**
Responsibilities:- Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure recruiting strategies and processes are aligned with the priorities of the business.
- Engage in full life cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, selection, interviewing and supporting pre-boarding.
- Engage with external recruiting agencies to ensure they are aligned with NSM recruiting priorities and manage their candidate process.
- Monitor internal/external postings, usage, and spend; manage vendor relationships & contracts.
- Provide talent insight and guidance to Hiring Managers and Sr. Leadership with job market and employment data. May gather specialized or competitive intelligence and research regarding the talent market.
- Network and create a diverse range of key external relationships within the industry to increase brand awareness and build pipeline.
- Assist as needed with recruitment for intern program i.e., attending college career fairs, etc.
- Engage with new hires through a 30-60-90-day check-in process to ensure a successful transition into our company culture and all training needs are being met.
- Assist with various HR team initiatives where needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- At least 2-3 years full cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience utilizing iCIMS applicant tracking software, preferred.
- Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
- Positive attitude: highly motivated self-starter who can thrive and deliver in a lean, fast-paced, and collaborative environment, focusing on performance and business execution.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be client focused and take initiative to resolve problems.
- Displays good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build partnerships with various teams both internally and externally.
