The role

An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to provide support to a team of Lawyers within Tax law. The firm are open to Junior – Intermediate level and are looking for someone who has a proactive approach to their work, is forward thinking and can work collaboratively with the wider team.

Responsibilities:

• Diary management
• Expenses
• Monthly billing
• Liaising with clients and other lawyers
• Drafting correspondence
• File management

Requirements:

• 1-2 years’ experience working in a law firm
• Experience using a document management and billing system
• Ability to support across a busy team
