Position Information
Northern Beaches Secondary College Cromer Campus (enrolment 1004 students) is a comprehensive co-educational school located on the northern beaches of Sydney. Cromer Campus has recently experienced a substantial increase in student numbers due to a range of successful programs. The school is currently experiencing significant growth in students’ academic achievement and a strong commitment to the PBeL values of respect, responsibility and success.
At NBSC Cromer Campus there is a strong emphasis on quality teaching and high expectations across all areas of school life. Whole school focus areas include Visible Learning and the delivery of quality literacy programs. Selection Criteria
Approval to teach technology mandatory and textiles and design.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with students, staff and parents to improve student learning outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on whole school initiatives, including literacy and numeracy programs.
The capacity to contribute to the creation and implementation of challenging learning experiences to increase student engagement and educational outcomes for a diverse range of learners.
