Job description
Actively seeking people leaders who have call centre experience, preferably in the Corporate Travel industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Build effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others
- Effective coaching and staff development
- Able to work effectively in a highly complex, diverse, changing and demanding service environment
- Capable of prioritizing, multi-tasking, and handling high volume effectively
- Produce outstanding results both professionally and personally by being proactive and committed
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Leadership and call centre experience essential
- Previous travel industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Be professional, self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team
PACKAGE
- Excellent salary package on offer $80-$95k DOE + Super + benefits
