Position: – Technical Sales Executive

Work Days: 5 Days a week – Monday to Friday

Work Mode: Hybrid - Work from Home or Office. We are based in Chadstone Shopping Centre, Melbourne.

Pay out: $42000 to $57000 pa + Generous Sales Commissions – Opportunity to earn more than $120k pa.

About the Company:

We are V4 Services Group based in Melbourne. As a group, we are into IT Support, Digital Marketing Services and Migration Services. (This position is for IT Support division).

In our IT division, we provide online and on-site support for home and business users, along with other offerings.

About the Role:

• You will be handling inbound calls from Customers seeking IT Assistance. (No Cold Calling).
• You will be required to convert these calls into meaningful sales.
• Co-ordinating with external and internal entities to provide the best customer experience.

Essential Requirements for this role:

• Having Technical Knowledge is essential for this job. You may not be an IT technician, however you should have basic IT Knowledge.
• Previous Calling/Call Centre Experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Should have flair for sales.
• Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
• Strong Verbal Communication Skills.
