You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage, submit prepare carrier New, Change, Add, and Disconnect orders for Data ( DS-3, DS-1, P2P, Internet, MPLS, Ethernet over Copper and fiber, Private Rings)
  • Quickly drive escalations with the carriers, to make sure timely resolution and service restoral
  • Coordinate new activation and service dates with customers, internal teams, and vendors
  • Communicate status to internal business teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience with data provisioning
  • 2+ years Vendor Management
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating new activation and service dates with customers, internal teams, and vendors
  • Experience quickly drive escalations with the carriers, to make sure timely resolution and service restoration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid working knowledge of provisioning process and overall work flow throughout the service implementation process
  • Solid knowledge of field installation of fiber, copper, cabling , routers
  • Solid Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Solid organization and time management skills
  • Must be innovative, able to set / change priorities and use available resources to meet business needs
  • Ability to multi task and navigate between vendors, systems, task types
  • Creating, maintaining and updating documented procedures and order tracking on a timely basis

Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, or New York City Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada/New York City residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
