The Role
Deliver and facilitate learning programs and initiatives across assigned business areas, to maximise capability and performance of teams in support of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate training, coaching and other learning programs to stores and support office, including sales and coaching frameworks, product knowledge, new technology, new processes and customer engagement
- Work closely with territory and store managers in identified stores to develop tangible action plans that improve customer engagement and sales outcomes
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine needs and develop learning requirements
- Develop blended learning solutions in collaboration with the Learning team, ensuring programs are scalable and repeatable
- Work collaboratively with relevant teams to draw on feedback and user input to inform improvement opportunities in learning programs
- Contribute to the development of product knowledge programs together with the Merchandise team and key supplier partners
- Contribute to the development and delivery of systems and process improvements with various support office and store teams
