Department: Fund Admin Services
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Role & Key Responsibilities:
To manage efficient and effective client transitions to the fund services business and implement projects that deliver efficiency improvements to the core business.
The role duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Project manage transitions.
- Co-ordination of internal business units to successfully complete client transitions.
- Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely completion of transitions.
- Facilitate the provision of information to clients and external stakeholders.
- Assist the business units with complex implementations.
- Contribute to efficiency improvements.
- Proactively manage all issues raised as a result of regular communication.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as required
- 5+ years of experience in Transitioning complex projects and/or Transitioning investment, funds or fund services projects
- Ability to apply your PM knowledge and skills to influence and define the delivery process.
- Proven ability to manage scope and control change in a dynamic project environment
- Ability to work and team effectively with IT Services groups and other management personnel including on a global, virtual basis
- Knowledge of service transition methodology, tools and templates
- Excellent people skills - great influencer, passionate about developing teams, loved and respected by customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
