Cruise is back! An exciting opportunity to join our RAA Travel team at a time of significant growth. We’re looking for people who are passionate about cruise, customer centric and enjoy creating memorable experiences for our members. To be successful you will have a drive to succeed and the ability to provide excellent service while multi-tasking with computer systems and digital forms of communications.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage end to end cruise and travel bookings tailored to each customer’s needs
• Provide a customer service experience that can’t be felt anywhere else
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets
• Research and maintain an extensive knowledge of travel industry products, systems and processes

What you need

At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:

• Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Travel Consultant Role specialising in cruise
• A demonstrated track record of reaching high performing sales targets
• Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team
• Knowledge in both international and domestic cruise products
• CLIA accreditation preferred but not essential
