Join our Team! Aeriz Aeroponic Cannabis seeks to hire a Trimming Agent to join a fast growing, dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. Strong candidates will have enthusiasm for cannabis and a collaborative, hardworking attitude. Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare cannabis for packaging and distribution to dispensaries
• Log processing and trimming data on computer
• Help maintain and organize processing rooms/grow rooms
• Understanding of trim and Harvest Best Practices.
• Long hours harvesting medical marijuana.
• Efficient flower trimming and hanging skills.
• Experience with proper take-down and allotment procedures.
• General understanding of strains.
• Extensive attention to detail.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
• Experience in the horticulture or agriculture industry.
• Ability to work in various types of climates.
• Ability to manage high stress situations.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Skills & Requirements:

• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, while using scissors.
• Must be 21+ years old
• Pass a Background Check
• Must have an Arizona State ID/Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
