Job Description

We’re seeking a Trimmer / Harvester & Cleaner who will work at our Colorado Springs grow facility with a focus on trimming, harvesting and cleaning/sanitation to ensure a healthy cannabis product to our patients.

The primary responsibilities of this role are managing hand and machine trimming, shucking plants, harvesting plants, defoliation, extensive cleaning of the grow rooms and facility. This includes sweeping, mopping, hauling and dumping as well as sanitizing pots and other tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be available to work during mornings and mid-day (typically 8am-4:30pm, with the occasional longer shift on harvesting/trimming days)
• Able to comfortably lift 60+ lbs. while climbing short ladders
• Able to stand and crouch for extended periods of time on concrete floors
• Able to follow direction, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willing to undergo respiratory and face mask fit-testing exams to become a Department of Agriculture applicator for integrated pest management sprays
• Must possess a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Badge
• Recording data and weighing final products

Qualifications

3 years experience trimming

Reliable transportation required

All applicants MUST have a CO State Issued MED badge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 hourly
