Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders across government to develop design documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with technical, business, managerial, and executive teams. This may include facilitating workshops, and leading co-design design/user testing activities with internal stakeholders and the community.
- Develop and iterate user journeys, UX and UI designs, concepts, prototypes and wireframes that build out high-resolution mock-ups of screens and user flows, ready for development.
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate user requirements on a continuing basis, including the delivery status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update design documentation, with supporting evidence inclusive of user research where applicable.
- Experience with large size and scale change initiatives across people, process and technology.
- Ability to develop relationships with partners for optimized solutions
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design in a service delivery context with knowledge of the full UX design process from research, definition, ideation, prototyping, testing and iterating.
- Proficiency with a range of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Adobe InDesign).
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable requirements, and possesses advanced written and spoken capabilities.
- Strong team working abilities and enjoy collaborating with others.
- Knowledge of waterfall / agile delivery methodologies.
Position Requirements
- A current issued Personnel Vetting Program certificate/clearance OR the ability to obtain and maintain such a certificate/clearance is mandatory.
