Our Client - an absolute logistics / supply chain power house, is looking to add an experienced Administrator to their team.
Your role will be busy and varied. You will spend your time between the office and warehouse, collating paperwork for the operations team.
Key responsibilities will include
- Liaising with warehouse and transport staff
- Receiving and despatch administration
- Processing despatch and transport paperwork
- Manifesting driver paperwork
- Data Entry
- Checking, maintaining and filling paperwork
- Responding to email and phone enquiries from customers
- Previous Administration experience is required
- Good planning and organisational skills
- The ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility
- Understanding of logistics industry highly desirable
- Great sense of urgency
- The ability to start asap
