Looking for warehouse associates to join our team in the City of Irvine!
M-F $20/hr. 10am-7pm

Essential Functions:

· Regularly stock inventory and product count
· Receive incoming freight from 3rd party and factory shipments.
· Document packing & receiving slips and scan all bar code serial numbers, as applicable, on all freight received
· Document incoming freight damages and escalate to the warehouse manager
· Immediately report any problems in the warehouse to the warehouse manager
· Organize inventory based on storage location and product location. · Receive packing slips from sales order processors and accurately fill orders accordingly
· Pick, pack, and secure all outgoing orders.
· Process parts and unit sales and warranty orders.
· Stock inventory in appropriate storage location.
· Participate in inventory counts as per company regulation
· Work with warehouse lead to insure the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.
· Uphold consistent and punctual attendance, which may include required overtime and weekend work
· Maintain organized, clean and safe housekeeping in the warehouse.
· Assist with cycle counts/physical inventory.
· Assist and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

· Knowledge and experience of basic tasks of warehouse, such as receiving, shipping, inventory management and data entry.
· Intermediate computer skills – data entry, excel, and outlook
· High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
· Standard working hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a minimum of 2 hours overtime as required. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and from 6am – 10pm as needed.
· 2 years of experience in distribution warehouse and shipping environment.
· 2 years of forklift experience.
· Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to follow directions
· Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
· Picking, packing, staging shipments using FEDEX, UPS, and Truck Carriers
· Take ownership of job responsibilities
· Ability to lift heavy packages or units up to 50 lbs. continuously and stand for up to 10 hours at a time.
· OSHA and safety informed; safety first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

· SAP computer knowledge preferable.
· Experienced in warehouse work of water heater or home appliance
