The Opportunity

Reporting to the Returns Team Leader, your role as the Warehouse Returns Team Member will be execution of the timely and efficient return of faulty, defective, and damaged bulky goods within the Delivery Centre (DC) in Berrinba, QLD. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Assessment of inbound returned goods
• Daily administration tasks that support timely processing via the appropriate pathway of all returned product to the HDC
• Raising of supplier & carrier claims and damage allowances
• Identifying and coordinating the return of saleable product to the store network
• Ensuring that Inventory integrity, quality assurance and control underpin all processes
• Issue Investigation and Resolution
• Liaising with the JB Group reverse logistics team (JBRL/CRC)

This role is a key member of a small, dedicated team of Returns specialists as such requires a team orientated, results driven individual who is highly organised and customer focused. This role has an element of the physical movement of goods.

This is a Full Time Permanent role!

• Operational warehouse experience; with a strong process and systems orientation
• Resilient and adaptable
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Experience in Shopkeeper & Microsoft Dynamics an advantage
