We are currently seeking a well-seasoned Warehouse Store person to come in and make this role their own - you’ll be responsible for leading, fostering, and empowering our pretty awesome team while collectively getting stuck in to support all facets of our warehouse operations including projects that we have on the go (if you are looking for workdays that are varied and dynamic then what we have on offer will certainly fill your cup!).

About this Position:

Your typical workday may involve:

· Team pep talks to inspire enthusiasm, encourage motivation, and drive overall team performance to smash KPI's;

· Delegating tasks and responsibilities to ensure optimal resource productivity;

· Looking for efficiencies and adding value with your own ideas and initiatives;

· Encompassing new technologies, processes, and systems;

· Rapidly applying knowledge and sharing amongst the team;

· Mitigating potential risks and navigating operational challenges;

· Actively championing workplace health & safety programs;

· overseeing and supporting your team with - picking & packing customers' orders; unloading & loading of couriers; unloading & palletizing stock from shipping containers and ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and in a timely manner.

· It would be advantageous if you've worked in the PPE industry before, however, our focus is on looking for the right fit for our team and someone who has at least 2-3 yrs of operational supervisory or managerial experience.

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• Reservoir VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High School (Year 12) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Order picking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Heavy lifting: 1 year (Required)
• Warehouse management: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (Required)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)

• Day Shift (Preferred)
