This role is perfect for someone who prides themselves in making people feel welcome, “creating a home away from home” and being able to create memorable experiences for guests!

About the role:

• Create a sense of arrival for our guests in the Hotel lobby and driveway
• Welcome our guests to the Hotel, providing a hospitable arrival experience
• Assist guests with enquires, their luggage to rooms and storage
• Share your local knowledge and recommendations for our guests to have a wonderful Gold Coast experience
• Keeping up the lobby so it’s presented to it’s best
• Be up to date with all Hotel facilities, current promotions & packages
• Go out of your way to create memorable experiences for our guests

About you:

• A kind, can do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
• Good time management skills to assist guests and work well in a team
• Be available to a work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Hold a current QLD responsible service of alcohol certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
• Current Australian work rights
• You’ll be physically fit, this is an active role where manual handling tasks will be required.
