A great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our WHS Team. Reporting to the Work , Health & Safety Officer and working within a successful and collaborative Team, we are looking for an administration professional to join and support our existing team.

The position will be responsible for:

• Performing general administration duties such as typing, photocopying, filling, scanning, preparing and sending letters, memos and emails on behalf of the Work Health and Safety Department
• Foster and develop a Workplace Health and Safety culture throughout Drakes Queensland
• Recording incidents and injuries into database as well as general administrative database maintenance
• Assist in the administrative support of Workers Compensation Claims
• Liaising with Store Managers to ensure documentation/sign offs required from the WHS Department are completed through audits
• and other exciting projects and admin duties

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for a Professional who has:

• Proven experience in a administration role
• A full driver’s license
• Experience in data entry and data management
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
