We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Compliance Officer who will be responsible for providing a broad range of advice, service and support on employee compliance matters. This role will also support workforce team members, delivering and contributing to workforce projects and initiatives

Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Manage all the employee and residents compliance related tasks include Police Check, Visa, NDIS , APHRA Registration and Vaccinations .
- Provide compliance audit and delivery various compliance reports on the regular base as required
- Response to employee queries and escalate where appropriate to POD, Workforce Business Partner, Payroll or Operations Team
- Adhoc duties as required
About you
To be a success in this role you must possess:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in business administration, corporate function or HR shared services
- Superior administration skills
- Strong organisation skills & efficiency to manage a high volume workload
- Good attention to detail and the ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, with an ability to build trusting and respectful relationships at all levels
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to function as a team player and the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to take initiative where appropriate and to adopt a flexible, problem solving approach
- Demonstrated organisation and time management skills including flexibility in switching priorities and focus with changing business demands
