What You Will Be Doing

• Proactively review incident data trends to identify risk management priorities and Workforce Health & Safety areas of focus.
• Work closely with local area managers to understand specific risks, hazards and Workforce Health & Safety systems within their areas and how to minimise risks and reduce injuries to staff
• Prepare and deliver data, information and reports on key Workforce Health & Safety data, initiatives and injury management outcomes
• Develop and review policies, procedures and processes to ensure the provision of effective health and safety management systems and programs.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline
• Training certificate qualifications
• Substantial experience in delivering Workplace Health and Safety services to large organisations.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing proactive solutions to Workforce Health

& Safety risks and needs

• Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation and best practice policies and programs
• Demonstrated ability to deliver Early Intervention and RTW programs
• Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders to

implement solutions and achieve results

• High level record keeping and time management skills
• High level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver Workforce Health & Safety training programs.
