What you’ll do

• Monitor break/fix job tasks, ensuring Field Technicians are working efficiently and resources are utilised to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
• Provide support to the Field as a first point of contact in relation to logged jobs.
• Maintain rosters, working in conjunction with Customer Operations Manager.
• Liaise with and advise schedule planned works with Field Technicians and Venues.
• Maintain the accuracy of fault incident data and part movements.
• Contribute to the efficiency of the group by notifying the Customer Operations Manager of all delays in delivering prompt resolutions and potential SLA breaches as soon as they are observed.
• Prepare and complete all reports as required.
• Build and maintain relationships within the national scheduling team.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in call centre or similar environment desirable.
• Required to have an understanding of local/State geography.
• Ability to communicate clearly (both written and verbal).
• Proven ability to work to timeframes.
• Well organised.
• People management capability.
• Problem solving-analytical skills.
• Computer literate – able to adapt to working across multiple systems.
• Intermediate Word, Excel.
• Quick Learner.
