Here’s a snapshot of your day:
- Day to day administration deliverables; meetings minute, travel procurement and booking, coordinate meetings for client and employees
- Provide employee management assistance such as new employee onboarding, IT equipment management, process expense claim and annual leave monitoring
- Be a member of the Employee Engagement Committee to drive the employee rewards and recognition program
- Liaise with Facilities Management and Guest Relation teams to schedule vendor meetings, onboard vendors and the management of access pass’
- Work with OHS Committee to support the management of OHS initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day operational requests
Our ideal person is someone who:
- Is enthusiastic and an excellent communicator, able to build genuine professional relationships with various stakeholders
- Has excellent time management and organisation skills; ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Is proactive and confident in performing administrative tasks whilst working collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Has basic to intermediate level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
