Our client has the expectation to be onsite twice a week and working from home for the remainder of the week with flexible working hours. This two-year contract provides stability and the opportunity to work with a leading recognisable utilities organisation.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our client who is a leading utilities organisation. This is a 6-month contract where you will be playing a key role in coordinating installations, transferring, and commissioning of meter installations. You will be working in a team of 10 staff and be onsite at their Beaconsfield office twice a week.

The ideal person we are seeking will have/be:

• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Exceptional skills in working under pressure
• Advanced excel skills
• Industry experience - utilities (ideally experience in analysis metering data)
• Experience across any of the following would be highly regarded: CIS +. Siebel, MOE, MDH, MSATS, GAAS, USAGE, IDOT, BRAVE, IWS, MDMS, JIRA, Multidrive, CC, STORN

Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Ensure data has been validated and available for distribution
• Investigate and resolve data through assessing performance reports, analysing reasons for failure and corrective actions
• Provide customer support to customers and channel partners
• Building rapport with customers and resolve any queries that are raised

This opportunity allows you to work from home 3 days per week and 2 days at the Beaconsfield office; our client is open minded to a four day working week and able to provide flexibility.
